This summer Local Matters is launching an Eat Local Challenge just for kids to teach them about Ohio grown foods and have a delicious summer.  Kids who participate in the challenge have a chance to win great prizes including a party at the Young Chefs Academy, a gardening kit and a kids cookbook!

To participate in the challenge kids can print the game card from here or (starting 7/7) pick up a copy at:

-       The Greener Grocer

-       Columbus Public Swimming Pools and Rec Centers

-       Easton Farmers Market (every Thursday from 3-7)

-       Columbus Metropolitan Libraries

The game cards offer a variety of fun activities to keep kids eating healthy local foods all summer long. Complete four or more activities and mail the game card to Local Matters by August 15th to be entered in the grand prize drawing!
